We are in search of a Chief JavaScript Developer who will collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and manage offshore teams throughout the development and support of our products.
This position entails the creation or oversight of technical solution documents, directing engineering efforts for different streams, and providing on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their technical requirements
- Direct offshore teams to ensure efficient and effective product development and support
- Oversee the development and upkeep of technical solution documentation
- Supervise engineering activities across various product streams and staff augmentation
- Engage in on-call support rotation to resolve critical issues promptly
- Enhance development procedures to boost team productivity and product quality
- Build a productive and cooperative atmosphere among distributed team members
- Refine technical design strategies to elevate product performance and scalability
- Maintain regular communication with all team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent project objectives and updates

- 7+ years of experience in software development using JavaScript
- Qualifications in people management, including leading a distributed team of 5+ engineers
- Comfort in customer-facing roles involving technical stakeholders
- Experience with coordination of offshore teams
- Competency in Java and AWS
- Understanding of micro-services architecture
- Knowledge of a product mindset in product development is highly valued
- Capability to adjust the working schedule to better align with the offshore team (EET/CET)
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
