Responsibilities

• Lead team operations and oversee software development lifecycle processes
• Coordinate with the production support team to manage component releases and maintenance
• Offer architectural guidance informed by your technical expertise
• Develop and deliver real-time event-driven applications
• Enforce test-driven development and continuous integration standards
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their contributions
• Influence the platform's overall technology strategy
• Facilitate collaboration between distributed teams across multiple regions
• Address troubleshooting needs and resolve technical issues as required

• 7+ years of experience in software development with Java
• 2+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Mastery of core Java concepts, including multithreading and garbage collection optimization
• Familiarity with concurrency collections and their practical uses
• Expertise in building real-time event-driven applications
• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Strength in working collaboratively within globally distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability and eagerness to quickly learn new domains
