We are seeking a Chief Business Analyst with a robust background as an IT Product Owner to spearhead our Core Retail and Forecast & Replenishment (F&R) solutions.
Utilizing SAP Retail as the primary ERP system, the ideal candidate will manage crucial areas such as Retail Finance, Order & Inventory Management, and effectively prioritize product development to meet the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision in collaboration with business units and IT teams
- Gather requirements by working closely with business counterparts and SAP experts, to ensure alignment with broader business strategies
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to facilitate the successful delivery of product features
- Identify and highlight areas for continuous improvement within the SAP Retail environment
- Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders to ensure effective use of system functionalities
- Analyze end-user preferences and requests to better cater to their needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in maintaining the SAP ECC6 platform
- Remain updated on industry trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making

- 2+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the retail industry
- University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation
- Excellent knowledge of core Retail processes and SAP modules including SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI
- Experienced with SAP F&R
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, notably SAFe, and familiarity with agile tools like Atlassian
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within Europe for project-related work
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a critical mindset
- Proven ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, being proactive, structured, and accurate in approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Master's degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation
