Business Operations Lead (with finance background)

We are seeking a highly capable Business Operations Lead to oversee and improve our organization's various business functions.
This multifaceted role is perfect for a strategic thinker and skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and negotiation of complex contracts and agreements
• Establish and maintain contract management processes, systems, and documentation
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports on team performance and process efficiency for BU management
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities in business operations
• Coordinate and optimize onboarding processes across various departments
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Automation teams on solutions
• Assess and streamline existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all business processes
• Manage vendor selection, assess performance, and negotiate contracts
• Oversee the Business Operations team, provide mentorship, and align with organizational goals
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across HR, Legal, IT, and other departments

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in contract management and administration, including negotiation
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budget management
• Familiarity with automation in contract management and onboarding workflows
• Competency in compliance and risk management processes
• Understanding of vendor management and performance assessment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Background in business administration, operations management or a related field
• Skills in strategic planning and process optimization

• Track record of successful contract renegotiations
• Experience in implementing company-wide automation initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools
