We are seeking experienced Business Intelligence Analysts to develop data-driven strategies that enhance the efficiency and productivity of our clients' services across diverse business domains.

Our BI analysts leverage their knowledge in various technologies and product design to foster improvements tailored to the specific needs of sectors such as Health & Care, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Tourism.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

  • Convert business needs into precise technical specifications
  • Develop data models tailored to both current needs and long-term business goals
  • Directly engage with data processes including cleansing, validation, and profiling
  • Engage in modern architectural solution designs including DWH, Data Lake, and Data Platforms
  • Serve as the primary data consultant to Data Scientists, Engineers, and Architects
  • Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders across all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Lead the identification of requirements and solutions to obstacles by engaging both business and IT stakeholders
  • Enhance data integrity and problem-solving concerning data management
  • Utilize BI tools like Power BI and Tableau to prototype solutions for business needs
  • Drive development strategies through effective backlog management
Requirements
  • Over 4 years of experience in business/data analysis within BI/DWH or Big Data projects
  • Competency in both RDBM/NoSQL technologies and Data Lake/DWH configurations
  • Proficiency in SQL variants and scripting languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript
  • Skills in data modeling and ETL specification development
  • Familiarity with modern data visualization tools
  • Background in collaborating with Agile teams
  • Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver reports to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level for effective communication in global settings
