The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for development and maintenance of technical solutions that are used to support spend analytics, sourcing management, contract management, procure-to-pay, supplier management, and overall service level objectives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions and software design for sourcing, contract management and procure-to-pay based on Jaggaer ePro platform & tools
- Lead technical process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project
- Develops technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the business objectives and assists with Technical Design and reviews others' submissions for viability as needed
- Configure Jaggaer ePro solution(s), perform system integration, and assist with user acceptance testing
- Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements
- Assist resolving issues to ensure efficient workflow with internal clients, suppliers, and accounting departments utilizing ePro for Requisition/Order Creation (PR/PO), Supplier Setup/Maintenance, Invoice Processing and/or User access resolution
- Assist with interdependencies between AP, procurement, suppliers, PPG users
- Support and understand the supplier needs related to the Jaggaer Supplier Network/PPG supplier portal and configurations
- Understand and provide support related to ePro invoicing processes and other AP requirements
- Provide ePro application end user support through the use of ePro Pulse case management
- Represent Procurement Center of Excellence as a super user and provide eProcurement support as needed for APAC Procure to Pay deployments
- Participate in system test and UAT for both enhancement requests, Jaggaer releases, and go-live activities
- Perform annual user audits for ePro platform
- Promote Purchasing Policy Compliance
- Develop testing approach and test cases to validate changes to core business functionality
- Create Requests for Change and document necessary to promote production installs
- Contribute to peer reviews, creates Unit Test cases, and Documents code as required

- Overall understanding of sourcing events and requisition to invoicing processes
- Recent 3 - 5 years' experience and understanding of Jaggaer ePro suite of products, technology stack and database
- Experience with implementation of ePro S2C and P2P cloud based solutions
- Bachelor degree is required
- Background in accounts payable, finance, or procurement is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with others, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development
- Process improvement mindset
- Workload management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to analyze issues with business documents like PO, invoice, credit memos, etc
