Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams including Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams
- Manage requirements and project scope effectively
- Participate in Agile-based projects to deliver results
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Facilitate negotiations among various stakeholders
- Document project requirements and ensure clarity
- Analyze market trends to inform project strategies
- Support client activities to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to project planning and execution
- Utilize SAP Marketing Cloud for effective project management
- Experience in business analysis with a focus on e-commerce, 2+ years
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Understanding of client support activities in a project context
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
