We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain & Logistics to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business counterparts, regional and local IT departments, and multiple software vendors to ensure that solutions meet business requirements, focusing specifically on optimizing our supply chain and logistics processes.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives in the Supply Chain & Logistics area
- Create functional/technical requirement documents from business requirements
- Assist users in functional acceptance testing for software updates and new application rollouts supporting project implementations
- Participate in the implementation and configuration of eCommerce and digital marketing solutions
- Coordinate internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert during projects, providing support and administration within assigned functional areas
- Provide functional and technical support to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently
- Lead and organize training sessions for end-users to support change management, in collaboration with the Regional IT department

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain or logistics
- Proficiency in BA stakeholders management and BA artifacts documentation
- Skills in business analysis activities planning and business analysis information management
- Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing platforms
- Background in implementing and configuring technology solutions in a supply chain or logistics context
- Familiarity with functional acceptance testing methodologies
- Qualifications in providing both functional and technical support within a business environment
- Competency in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
