We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for product requirements and leading the engineering team delivery for ServiceNow implementation. The role involves driving software engineering projects in core programming languages and influencing teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
  • Manage precise definition of scope across the entire program
  • Create and maintain documentation relevant to the program and associated projects
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle
  • Manage project schedules as a scrum master, identify potential issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide hands-on software development and project management, ensuring efficient cross-functional coordination and effective intra/inter-team communication to deliver outstanding program outcomes

  • 4+ years of Business Analysis experience in software development or related technical fields
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in ServiceNow implementation
  • Background in managing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams
  • Skills in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and capability in scrum master roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
