We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a crucial role in our ongoing project aimed at modernizing and standardizing the IT and OT landscape of power production sites in Greece.
This position focuses on digital transformation and fostering seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Support IT services rollout at production sites
- Perform detailed analysis of existing IT and OT applications
- Standardize the technology stack and solutions across sites
- Facilitate cloud migration and modernize selected applications
- Lead on-site training sessions for end users
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and integration
- Drive initiatives for enhanced productivity, improved security, and cost optimization
- Understand and integrate legacy systems seamlessly
- Manage project timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines
- Ensure a client-centric approach throughout the project duration

- Proven business analysis skills with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in application modernization
- Familiarity with discovery tools, GCP migration tools, and VM migration
- Background in service discovery methods and best practices
- Capability to manage work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- Willingness to travel within Greece for discovery sessions and project needs
- Additional certifications in business analysis or project management
- Previous experience in the energy sector or with OT systems
