We are seeking a Business Analyst who will communicate with clients to understand project requirements, evaluate current processes for improvements, and document specific requirements based on clients' needs.

You will also be responsible for proposing efficient solutions, consulting with stakeholders, and carrying out data analysis to provide business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to comprehend project objectives and requirements
  • Assess current business operations and systems, conduct state analysis, and identify issues and potential enhancements
  • Clarify and document precise requirements derived from the client's needs
  • Propose practical and efficient solutions informed by market research and competitor analysis
  • Work closely as a consultant with stakeholders such as project managers and developers to ensure project success
  • Collect and analyze data to offer business insights and facilitate informed decision-making

  • Proven experience in business analysis and consulting, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into functional specifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and processes
  • Background in market research, competitor analysis, project management software, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enhancement of business processes and systems
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese)
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
