Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to business applications requiring archiving to meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Engage with stakeholders across regions to comprehend business requirements and objectives to optimize onboarding processes
  • Manage technical setup, deployment across testing environments, and ensure end-to-end testing alongside adherence to release timelines
  • Coordinate efficiently with teams to address product issues and resolve environment disruptions
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc queries and technical assistance requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined onboarding communications and processes
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and propose timely solutions for complex technical issues across diverse systems
  • Document onboarding processes, troubleshooting workflows, and best practices for future reference
  • Inform and update teams on advancements in digital archiving technologies and best practices to improve workflows

  • Experience in international banking environments with knowledge of banking processes and products
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while integrating seamlessly into team environments
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee integration processes, from planning and development to execution
  • Understanding of troubleshooting complex technical problems and demonstrating solutions that align with project timelines
  • Familiarity with documenting processes, creating structured workflows, and articulating best practices
Nice to have
  • Background in digital archiving technologies and familiarity with industry best practices
  • Showcase of technical expertise in UNIX/Linux environments, including REST API application
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and optimization
