Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements
- Create functional and technical requirement documents from business requirements
- Assist users in functional acceptance testing for new applications
- Coordinate with internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
- Serve as a subject matter expert during and after project implementation
- Provide functional support to ensure effective system operations
- Lead and organize training sessions for end users
- Assist with change management in collaboration with Regional IT
- Participate in the design and execution of retail and WMS solutions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in stakeholder management for successful project delivery
- Experience in creating BA artifacts documentation
- Proficiency in business analysis activities planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics processes
- Experience with functional acceptance testing methodologies
