Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow the alliance with AWS across the DACH and NL regions while engaging senior leadership across multiple countries alongside the Global Alliance Lead
- Help shape and implement EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for AWS through collaboration with Cloud specialists and marketing teams
- Partner with Business Unit leaders, cloud sales teams, technical experts, and marketing to drive strategic growth plans and form new pipeline opportunities
- Combine efforts with EPAM solution experts to define offerings and foster growth in prioritized EPAM accounts
- Define and realize key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue generation with partners, demonstrating achievements and collaborating on customer success stories
- Represent EPAM at selected events, participate in sales and marketing initiatives, manage partner deal registrations, and deliver plans and outcomes to EPAM senior stakeholders and partners during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at the regional level
- 5+ years of experience in sales or alliances within the Cloud domain, with a specific focus on Cloud expertise
- 7+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology and channel management
- Background in working with or for AWS in the DACH/EMEA region, along with a professional network within AWS
- Proficiency in Solution Integration (SI) sales environments and partner ecosystems
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Competency in handling relationships, business development, pipelines, and processes
- Skilled in working independently while maintaining collaboration within a team
- Written and spoken proficiency in German and English
