Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce standards for DevOps tools utilized by the team
- Administer cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product management to design and deploy scalable solutions
- Conduct system analysis and recommend enhancements for performance and availability
- Monitor and escalate engineering issues to Product Management and R&D when necessary
- Manage continuous integration and deployment methodologies for server-based technologies
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for assigned systems
- Lead the resolution of production support problems in line with problem management policies
- Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and change requests
- Offer technical guidance to ensure effective system operation and alignment with future needs

- Be onsite with client 3 days a week
- Proven experience with configuration, orchestration, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, Maven, Ant) for full stack integration
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), with experience in organizational adoption
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, including web services, load balancers, shell scripting, IT security, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of system resiliency, redundancy, failovers, and disaster recovery practices
- Experience with various vendor APIs for cloud and infrastructure devices
- Proficient in cloud offerings (e.g., EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda) and API management
- Experience in managing and deploying Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform
- Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in designing and implementing software projects using open-source service frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-native tools such as Git, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, Artifactory, Vault, Splunk, Consul, and Kubernetes
