We are looking for an Associate Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the Application Modernization initiative using Generative AI.
This role will focus on leveraging innovative AI toolsets and frameworks to analyze and improve application portfolios, modernize legacy systems, convert code, eliminate technical debt, and upgrade technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions across various platforms including legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Engage with multiple projects and opportunities, ensuring effective integration of various teams and stakeholders at EPAM
- Utilize Generative AI tools and frameworks in application modernization projects
- Stay abreast of AI software engineering trends and solutions, including new market solutions
- Communicate effectively within a global team, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals and requirements
- Employ strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Deep dive into EPAM's toolsets and frameworks to maximize the use of company capabilities in client projects
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Proven experience in solution/software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in roles involving various architectural types such as legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Understanding of data concepts and familiarity with UI frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously, integrating various teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Generative AI tools, approaches, and frameworks, particularly in the context of application modernization
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset with a capability to quickly adapt to changes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic, creative thinking
