We are currently seeking an Associate Salesforce Delivery Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Salesforce projects.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Manage tasks, teams, and resources efficiently to ensure project progress and timely delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
- Create robust project frameworks, roles, and communication strategies for successful project initiation
- Guide project changes and enhancements to maximize success and adaptability
- Align with technical teams to ensure project goals are well-integrated with industry best practices
- Foster positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and consistently deliver value
- Navigate operational, financial, and strategic aspects specific to Salesforce projects
- Facilitate revenue generation processes, including cost structures, budget forecasting, planning, and P&L management

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce delivery management
- Demonstrated experience with Fixed Price, Waterfall, and Fixed Fee projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, involving over 50 FTEs
- Strong background in operation project management, particularly task and resource management in Salesforce contexts
- Proficiency in establishing effective project frameworks and communication strategies in Salesforce implementations
- Understanding of product management or business analysis roles related to Salesforce, including backlog management, functional requirements, and product vision
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Certification in Salesforce administration or development
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and customizations
- Proficiency in additional CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM
