Associate Project Manager

Soacha, Colombia

We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders and technical resources to ensure smooth project operations and completion according to client and contractual objectives. As an integral part of our project management team, this role requires strong communication skills, process-oriented thinking, and a client-centric approach to managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and support clear communication channels between client stakeholders and technical resources
  • Implement processes safeguarding controlled environments
  • Manage incident and problem resolution
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings with client stakeholders and technical resources
  • Assist in onboarding and mentorship activities for new technical resources
  • Collaborate with client executives and project leaders to ensure appropriate project staffing and scheduling
  • Provide regular client updates on project status, budget, staffing, and achievement targets
  • Track and report on engagement success concerning SLAs and KPIs
  • Conduct internal engagement health updates for project leadership
  • Act as the primary escalation point for issues related to budget, scope, scheduling, resources, and communication

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Background in Agile methodology
  • Expertise in Salesforce engagement oversight
  • Salesforce Certification mandatory
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
