We are looking for a dedicated Associate Engineering Manager & Solution Architect who will play a critical role in liaising with stakeholders and managing offshore teams.
This role involves coordinating the creation of technical solutions documentation and overseeing engineering efforts across various streams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders on the Customer side to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Manage the creation and maintenance of technical solution documentation
- Provide engineering supervision for both product development and staff augmentation streams
- Lead and support a distributed team of 5+ engineers in task delegation and performance evaluation
- Improve existing development and technical design processes to enhance productivity
- Design and implement microservice architectures in collaboration with the technical team
- Coordinate with other solution architects and onshore development teams
- Adapt working schedules for better alignment with offshore teams in EET/CET time zones

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Engineering Management and people management skills
- Background in Solution Architecture with the ability to contribute to architecture documentation
- Experience with Java, AWS, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Expertise in managing offshore teams with an understanding of UA/BY cultural contexts
- Competency in maintaining customer relationships and comfortable in facing technical stakeholders
- Qualifications in improving technical design processes and product development mindset
- Flexibility to work with Java
- Familiarity with JavaScript
