Associate Delivery Manager

Soacha, Colombia

We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring high standards of performance and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of project management principles and the ability to adapt to varying project needs. This position offers the opportunity to work with dynamic teams and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project delivery timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet all established requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implement project management best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
  • Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measurements when necessary
  • Drive the team towards the achievement of milestones and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with budget constraints
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve high performance

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with a focus on Delivery Management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 members in managerial or ownership roles
  • Experience participating in at least 2 full cycle projects or multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
  • Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems such as Contentful and Contentstack
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Professional certification in project management or related fields
  • Experience in Managed Services
