Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for customer technical support through phone, email, or chat
- Perform remote troubleshooting and replicate customer environments to pinpoint issues
- Walk customers through resolution processes
- Maintain full ownership of client issues from initiation to resolution
- Enhance existing processes by developing and documenting best practices
- Log all events and interactions in case records
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Monitor the status and facilitate the resolution of all open incidents
- Open and document bugs for software engineering team investigation
- Drive case resolution forward and collaborate with other teams as necessary
- Continuously develop technical product expertise
- Ensure adherence to security guidelines, procedures, and best practices

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Operations Support
- Demonstrated technical skills in Linux administration and ability to interpret logs from Linux and HTTP systems
- Capability to troubleshoot and effectively communicate solutions to both IT professionals and non-technical end users
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience in creating technical documentation
- Competency in email correspondence and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage high work volumes within tight deadlines
- Effective time management skills with understanding of prioritization
- Independent self-learner who is highly motivated and customer-oriented
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL-based processes
- Understanding of JavaScript and Python
- Experience with Gsuite products
