We are seeking an Application Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers using our advanced multi-cloud security platform. Your primary focus is providing exceptional technical support and creating robust support documentation to streamline issue resolution processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our platform
- Develop and maintain high-quality runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives within the team to enhance our support capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience for customers spanning various time zones
- Work during standard Japanese business hours with flexibility to occasionally overlap with Australia (2-hour difference) and Singapore (1-hour difference)

- 3-5 years' experience working with cloud technologies and environments, with a general understanding of various cloud platforms
- Exceptional customer-facing support skills, with a strong background in desktop support and infrastructure, enabling the ability to effectively resolve product-related issues while contributing to knowledge management initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
