Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance and overarching Service Lifecycle
  • Maintain an IT Service or an infrastructure component, ensuring that Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement are in place and fulfilled
  • Manage seamless operations end-to-end, collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providers
  • Act as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management, etc.)
  • Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager community
  • Own Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT Services
  • Ensure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments
  • Occasional weekend work and on-call duty might be required
Requirements
  • Relevant higher education and professional background within computer science
  • Strong computer science fundamentals with 6-7+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Adobe Acrobat, MS Sharepoint and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Familiar with Appway and or Actico CRM
  • Banking knowledge in client partner data management (CRM), account opening, and compliance environment
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworks
  • Document management (templates)
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance
  • A self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking style, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with agile project methodologies
  • Experience in operations/support
  • Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
  • Native or very fluent English skills
  • German language is a plus
