We are seeking a dedicated Accessibility Specialist to join our team.
In this role, the specialist will collaborate closely with the EPAM Design Team, ensuring all product designs adhere to Thomson Reuters Accessibility Standards. The ideal candidate will provide expert evaluations and feedback in real-time, as well as thoroughly annotate final designs for seamless handoff to the Product Team.

Responsibilities
- Review product designs on a daily and weekly basis within the EPAM Design Team
- Provide real-time feedback to designers on accessibility standards and best practices
- Annotate final designs to ensure clear communication and compliance with accessibility requirements
- Guide the Product Team in implementing accessibility features effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and updates in accessibility standards
- Collaborate with other specialists to enhance accessibility across products
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in accessibility roles
- Proficiency in Accessibility Evaluation and Accessibility Fundamentals
- Background in reviewing and providing feedback on digital product designs
- Capability to ensure compliance with established accessibility standards
- Skills in effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Figma
- Understanding of UX Design
