We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with accessibility expertise to drive the integration of accessibility compliance into innovative software solutions for established multinational businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with both engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver excellent product quality and ensure alignment with accessibility standards like WCAG and compliance with accessibility laws. With hands-on experience in accessibility tools and assistive technologies, you will identify accessibility gaps, provide actionable solutions, and support teams in delivering accessible, user-centered products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the WCAG standards and accessibility laws
• Partner with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers and QA teams to incorporate accessibility into every stage of the product lifecycl
• Integrate accessibility into the product requirements from the start of a project
• Conduct manual accessibility testing
• Identify a11y gaps and provide actionable, practical recommendations to remediate issues
• Conduct accessibility audits
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for accessible design and development
• Create and deliver training materials or workshops to increase accessibility competency across the organization
• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques
• Create Epics/Use Cases/User Stories based on selected formats
• Create and maintain artifact templates, detailed product artifacts, technical specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and processes

• 3+ years of practical experience integrating accessibility into products
• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/System Analyst
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise applying WCAG standards and ensuring compliance with accessibility laws, including ADA, Section 508 and the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA)
• Practical experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g. NVDA, JAWS, Wave, Axe, Lighthouse)
• Experience conducting manual accessibility testing using assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition tools, and keyboard navigation
• Proven ability to identify accessibility gaps and recommend practical solutions for remediation
• Ability to lead or participate in accessibility audits, both internal and external, and track issue resolution
• Experience integrating accessibility into the product backlog and requirements
• Certifications in accessibility are highly desirable, such as CPACC, WAS
• Strong background in documenting business analysis artifacts and user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of BA tools: modeling notations, diagram types and tools, UI wireframing and prototyping
• Significant experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
