We're seeking a talented 3D Artist to join our studio. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of 3D art, enjoy problem-solving and thrive in an evolving environment, this role is for you!
We value proficiency in industry-standard 3D software and expertise in high-level simulations - such as fluid, particle and cloth simulations - and advanced compositing and VFX for dynamic scenes. Our projects often involve pioneering solutions without existing tutorials, so adaptability and innovative thinking are essential.
This is a remote role, and the ideal candidate would be based in or commutable to Cape Town.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visuals, encompassing modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering
- Develop complex simulations for fluid, particle and cloth effects
- Execute advanced compositing and VFX for dynamic scenes
- Utilize Blueprint scripting and programming in Unreal Engine to enhance workflows and interactive elements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts from inception to completion
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge practices
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving challenges

- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max and Houdini
- Strong skills in simulation work, including fluid, particle and cloth simulations
