Are you a college student looking for a rewarding internship that could lead to full-time employment after graduation? Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility, has multiple opportunities in our License & Title Department for Vehicle Licensing Summer Interns!
The Vehicle Licensing Intern will provide administrative support to the License and Title (L&T) teams with leased and client-owned L&T transactions by preparing and evaluating vehicle titling documents in compliance with state requirements and distributing items to the appropriate contacts. The Vehicle Licensing Intern also monitors our vehicle inspection mailbox, updates L&T databases, and organizes the documentation and distribution of license renewals and initial registrations to our clients.

This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center in the Westport area in Maryland Heights, MO. This is an in-office position with a schedule of Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) from May/June - August 2025 with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare state required documents for factory ordered vehicle purchases
- Verify validity of vehicle inspections received via electronic mailbox based on applicable state requirements
- Organize and mail out vehicle renewal stickers, license plates and other related paperwork
- Sort and process incoming mail, phone calls, and emails
- Participate in department projects as needed

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties during Summer 2025
- Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2025 semester in a College or University
- Open to all majors. Business related degrees preferred.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week during May/June-August 2025
- 3 months admin/clerical/office experience
- 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Must be willing to accept $16.00 per hour
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
