This position offers a hybrid work environment. It allows the employee to work from home while also requiring a semi-regular on-site presence as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

Understanding the scope of impact across key people, process, tech and governance initiatives within IT helps ensure the organization is ready for transformational change. The Senior Manager of IT Organizational Readiness will support transformative, global IT initiatives through development of repeatable change frameworks, concise self-service documentation and a holistic rollout calendar to effectively influence organizational/change readiness.

This leader will have expert facilitation skills, working closely with senior and executive leaders across the IT organization to understand overall initiative impact, affected audiences, effort scope, timeline and dependencies. A successful candidate will be able to support development of a long-term strategic vision as well as identification of key goals/outcomes associated with organizational readiness.

This is a highly collaborative position that works with and through others to achieve outcomes. Reporting to the Director of IT Communications and Security Awareness, this leader uses influence and executive presence to avoid change fatigue for any specific audience. They will have experience presenting to and facilitating for executive audiences as well as an orientation to both user-centricity and creativity in general communication style. They must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and create and advance an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and mature development of a multi-year IT framework and strategy around Organizational Readiness as well as define and operationalize the practice
    • Formalize the basic tooling required to level set organizational readiness/change management across IT
    • Define a rolling 12-24 month calendar of key change initiatives and baseline them by audience
    • Develop a consistent intake process and measurement approach as well as governance process
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses aimed at identifying and developing processes for engaging teams and customers impacted by new or enhanced tech or processes
  • Collaborate with various domain teams (COEs, Centers of Excellence) across IT as well as senior leadership to understand requirements
  • Design and implement change activities to educate and drive user adoption, both internally to IT and externally to all EM.
  • Partner closely with IT Communications, IT Workforce Services and other teams across IT to assess and understand key business areas and initiatives in flight to effectively baseline key change needs
    • Partner with other teams to ensure change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage
    • Develop and analyze reporting to understand employee adoption and adjust change management methods as necessary
  • Actively manage vendor relationships to ensure high quality deliverables as outlined in SOWs
  • Actively cultivate relationships with industry experts and leverage best-in-class practices
  • Actively seek out diversity and promote an inclusive, highly engaged and purpose driven team culture

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the immediate surrounding area
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 8+ years of relevant experience required (organizational psychology, communications, project management, etc.), preferably with some background in an IT environment
  • 5+ years of change management and organizational readiness
  • Problem solving - able to be creative in solving issues and unblock problems to maintain delivery momentum
  • Proven success in people management; ability to influence and deliver through matrixed teams
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, positivity and excellence
  • Strong communication skills with awareness of audience and message customization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interfacing with all levels of management, including c-suite leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to think tactically and strategically, collaborate effectively, and achieve results
  • Superb relationship management skills, specifically around leading change with the ability to create a non-adversarial atmosphere and be viewed as a partner
  • Expert facilitation skills with ability to use storytelling to communicate a compelling vision of the future
  • Protect our customers, employees and brands with security and compliance in all decisions; ensure security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identify opportunities for improving security and implement strategies to improve our security posture

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
