Responsibilities

The Information Security Office has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst within their Identity and Access Management Modeling and Analysis team.  The Modeling and Analysis team is responsible for Identity Access and Management initiatives, collaborating with Business and IT partners, ensuring a secured environment for productivity, and protecting Enterprise Mobility's critical data and systems through access governance. Your focus will include daily baseline operations, and leading strategic IAM initiatives as they relate to Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions.
  • Acting as a liaison between the business and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Identifying, defining, and designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Maintaining established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define business strategy.
  • Performing task automation, implementing process improvements, and recommending enhancements that result in increased quality and service.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
  • Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in an information technology setting with exposure to various methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience with developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting functional business requirements and specifications, and use cases.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies  
  • Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
