From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This 90 day internship is scheduled to start on May 20th. The pay is $16/hr. and will be located in the Rockford, IL market. (61016, 61101, 61102, 61003, 61104, 61105, 61106, 61107, 61108, 61109, 61110, 61112, 61114, and 61125).
There are some dates that a candidate has to be available to qualify for this internship:
Tuesday, May 20th: Onboarding Date
Monday, June 2nd-Wednesday, June 4th: Corporate Training
Thursday, August 7th: Final Presentations
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be a current student, entering their Senior year. Graduating in either August 2025, Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- 12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 20th.
- Must be able to attend the attend the mandatory training dates for this internship.
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week
