As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, the Marketing Technology team is excited to announce the opening of a Product Owner II - Campaign Activation Platforms.

The Technology Product Owner II is responsible for the execution of the vision and strategy for their assigned technologies and/or families of technical capabilities. The Technology Product Owner II works with a variety of partners to understand business requirements, build and maintain the solution (technology and associated processes), and successfully lead development efforts through their respective life cycles. This position provides a clear solution description and outline of system features for easy comprehension and consumption by internal teams and third-party vendors. Technology Product Owners may be assigned sole responsibility for an individual technology or system, inclusive of development and support, or support a Technology Product Manager across a portfolio of technologies, integrated solutions, and families of technical capabilities.

This role in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team will focus on the customer data platform (CDP), cross-ecosystem data integrations, and enabling activation capabilities for digital media and marketing campaigns.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Technology, Digital Products, Digital Marketing and IT teams to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision
  • Play a key role in the implementation and development of assigned technologies, including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
  • Manage technology road maps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment with marketing and business objectives
  • Support the Marketing Technology team by operating and monitoring the system, as well as creating and prioritizing the system optimization backlog according to marketing and company goals as well as the strategy for the technologies, associated processes, and technical capabilities
  • Ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through the use of technology life cycle and agile development methodologies
  • Assist with the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and evaluate progress at the end of every development sprint, accepting or rejecting completed stories
  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Marketing Technology, Digital Products, Digital Marketing, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure solutions are meeting marketing and business objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization by applying advanced familiarity and skills with assigned technologies and systems, including ensuring that Marketing, Business and agency users are efficiently trained, supported, and enabled on the technologies
  • Support internal teams and third-party vendors with development of feature acceptance criteria, test planning, and end-to-end testing.
  • Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful implementation, integration, release and/or launch within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned technologies and processes to evaluate product system performance and provide support for evaluating and resolving reported issues
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Technology, or applicable field preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Two (2+) years or more of experience as a Technology Owner, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst

Preferred:

  • Experience with data activation for digital media and marketing campaigns (implementing and enabling audience and segmentation strategies), and/or data modeling, scoring and analysis
  • Experience working with or integrating customer data platforms (CDP - Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP preferred) or data management platforms (DMP) to enable data-informed multi-channel campaigns, advertising or communications
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
