The Product Owner works with internal business partners to help define and document the product requirements needed to achieve business goals. The Product Owner assists in the process of building and maintaining a product backlog, and with coordinating development efforts of a product through its respective life cycle. This position supports the efforts to provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by IT and other business partners. Additionally, this position assists with the implementation of projects to ensure successful field enablement. Product Owners may be assigned sole responsibility for an individual Product, inclusive of development and support, or support other Product Owners or Product Managers across a suite of products.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Management Team to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision; play a key role in the development of assigned products, including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
- Assist with the management product road maps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with strategic business plans
- Support the Product Management team to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy
- Support the delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through the use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies; assist with the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and evaluate product progress at the end of every development sprint, accepting or rejecting completed stories
- Partner with and serve as a liaison between Product Management, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting organizational strategies and objectives
- Support IT with development of feature acceptance criteria, test planning and analysis and the analysis of operational issues
- Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful customer enablement within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate product performance and adoption
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Technology, or applicable field preferred)
- Must have 1+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst (or a combination of those roles)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
