The Specialist on the Marketing Portfolio & Delivery Management team fills a critical role in the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Through collaboration with internal Marketing Strategy, Creative and various Media teams, the Specialist provides coordination and management of campaign timelines and deliverables for assigned line(s) of business, supporting a range of marketing objectives and audiences.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, delivered on time and on budget
- Support continuous sharing and learning around key insights related to the industry and competitors
- Partner with internal teams including but not limited to Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Owned Marketing, Digital Product, Creative, Global Content, Global Brand Design, Communications, etc. to deliver fully integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including asset development for national and local marketing materials, email, social media, digital media, etc.
- Manage tactical plans, budgets and timelines of complex integrated marketing campaigns
- Assist with development of marketing materials and provide best practice recommendations for execution of local marketing campaigns
- Develop and distribute monthly marketing campaign results highlighting key performance/result
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Four (4+) years or more of relevant marketing/advertising or operational experience or a combination of both
- Accomplished in working with cross-functional teams to ensure success of project or campaign
- Experience with creative development process
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
