The Marketing Manager is responsible for growing EFM's business by providing leadership, direction and support for all aspect of marketing, including development and implementation insights-lead marketing plans and campaigns. This Manager balances the needs of an established business, while proactively evaluating new opportunities to drive key marketing objectives - including brand awareness and consideration, lead generation, product positioning, client onboarding and retention, and sales enablement.

This role is part of the North American Marketing Activation Team and works directly with EFM and marketing leadership as well as field management across North America. This position collaborates regularly with internal marketing disciplines, corporate communications, operations, and sales leadership. Based on business objectives, this position is responsible for creating, managing the implementation, and optimizing marketing strategies and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively to create effective marketing plans, support new and existing product and services growth
- Consult with internal and external partners, industry resources and analyze KPIs to develop insights for marketing programs and campaigns to achieve positive results that impact marketing outcomes
- Work with marketing channel partners/marketing departments, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop marketing campaigns, programs and materials that contribute to drive new account growth and ancillary product sales
- Apply disciplined and return on investment (ROI) approach to campaign measurement in partnership with marketing peers and available tools and resources
- Direct activities of marketing specialists and coordinators, as assigned to ensure proper agency service to business partners
- Provide creative media, content, digital and communications teams with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required
- Ensure that marketing strategies are clearly defined, approved by Marketing department leadership, line of business partners, creative, and media teams
- Identify opportunities and methods to engage B2B target audiences to drive leads to sales executives
- Provide monthly status on key initiatives, measures, and reports progress
- Maintain and protect the brand in the implementation of all B2B and industry messaging
- Coordinate project timing and budgets
- Keep apprised of all relevant Enterprise Fleet Management, industry, and market developments
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Three (3+) years or more of full funnel marketing planning and campaign management at Manager level
- Six (6+) years or more of relevant marketing or operational experience or a combination of both
- Experience with a CRM for marketing campaigns and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or other applicable field preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to develop ROI based marketing approach
