We have over 35 locations across East Tennessee. This role is located at the Cookeville or Crossville location.
Our regional headquarters is located at: 4715 Riversedge Road, Louisville, TN 37777.
This position pays an hourly rate of $18 / hour.
This internship will take place February 18, 2025 through May 9, 2025, and is no more than 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be a May 2025 graduate and enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program.
- Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience (can be non-concurrent) in sales, customer service, management/supervisory within the last 5 years.
- Will consider organizational involvement in lieu of work experience including student organizations/clubs at a leadership level; volunteerism at a leadership level; community involvement at a leadership level; student athletes.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years(ie., .DWI/DUI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
