Enterprise Mobility has an opportunity for a Full Time License and Title Coordinator. Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America and we are hiring now! The License & Title Coordinator provides support for all Enterprise Mobility's car rental brands as well as supports our Vehicle Acquisition, Remarketing and Referral Car Sale teams to accurately and efficiently process paperwork related to the registration, titling and subsequent sale of our vehicle fleet. We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills while also having the ability to accurately work with a high-volume of transactions.

This position pays $20 / hour and is located at our Administrative Office 6828 E County Line Rd, Highlands Ranch CO 80126.

The schedule available is:
- Monday 8am-5pm
- Tuesday 8am-5pm
- Wednesday 8am-5pm
- Thursday 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and storing titles in preparation for their sale
- Processing and checking DMV documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Filling out titles in order to have the DMV switch ownership to dealers
- Completing mandatory logs/reports for our group and corporate offices
- Management of registration plates, decals and titles for vehicles from various states
- Keying new registration information
- Assigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentation
- Applying for duplicate titles or replacement license plates as needed
- Forwarding titles to various departments or teams as needed
- Working with local tax offices/dealerships to ensure compliance
- Filing, copying and reviewing various items and reports
- Customer Service and Telephone handling
- Various administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have at least 1 year of working in a professional office and performing office duties
- Title experience preferred
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
