Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Full Time License and Title Clerk. This position is based out of our Administrative Office at 88 E Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119 with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule and pays $16.90/hr.

The License & Title Clerk provides support for all Enterprise Mobility' car rental brands as well as supports our Vehicle Acquisition, Remarketing and Referral Car Sale teams to accurately and efficiently process paperwork related to the processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations, renewals and other items related to the licensing, registration, titling and subsequent sale of our vehicle fleet. We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills while also having the ability to accurately work with a high-volume of transactions. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the Department of Motor Vehicles, License & Title Services and field personnel to ensure all vehicles are legally titled and registered to the company.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and organizing all Titles
- Timely processing renewals for vehicle registration
- Preparing, Processing, and checking DMV documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Filling out titles in order to have the DMV switch ownership to dealers
- Management of registration plates, decals and titles for vehicles from various states
- Assigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentation
- Assigning and managing plate, decal and registration document inventory
- Forwarding titles to various departments or teams as needed
- Working with local tax offices/dealerships to ensure compliance
- Filing, copying and reviewing various items and reports
- Customer Service and Telephone handling
- Various administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Must have at least 1 year of working in a professional office and performing office duties
- Title experience preferred
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize to complete work on a timely basis
- Advanced level of attention to detail and ability to focus on current task with office distractions
- Must be able to work in a flexible environment where the daily focus changes depending on volume
