Overview

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Coordinator! This Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with employees and management teams in our Contact Center department, gaining knowledge in the onboarding/offboarding processes and providing HR support to our virtual and in-office Roadside Assistance teams. This position will also work closely with the HR team to help drive and/or support ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be highly task and detail-oriented, organized, possess excellent time management skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines while producing accurate results. We are looking for an extremely reliable individual who can adapt to change, absorb, and apply new information, and who has the determination to learn detailed processes. Extensive exposure to confidential personnel information requires this person to be extremely trustworthy with the highest level of integrity.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Enterprise Mobility's Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Small Business Programs and Technical Support Helpdesks. This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.

ABOUT THE JOB

This will be a hybrid, requiring both remote and working in-office 3 times per week at our St. Louis office located at 600 Technology Dr. St. Louis, MO 63304. This opportunity has a schedule of Monday - Friday with start time from 7:30-9:00 am CST. The starting pay offered would be $25.34/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact during the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent worker population and Roadside Assistance teams, addressing any questions or concerns and providing support as needed
  • Accurately enter data into Workday including new hires, reviews, pay changes, transfers, etc.
  • Interpret and apply state/federal employment laws as well as company policies and procedures; serve as a subject matter expert regarding benefits, policies, guidelines, etc.
  • Document best practices, processes, and procedures to streamline onboarding efforts
  • Ability to assist, create, and interpret reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes and always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise
  • Act as a partner to Generalist/Generalist Manager team to support projects, trainings, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational/time management skills and the ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and problem solve while maintaining extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong customer service skills with quick and thorough response time to employee questions

Qualifications

  • Must live in the state of Missouri and be willing and able to travel to the St. Louis office 3 days per week
  • Minimum (1) one year of current Human Resources experience required
  • Bachelor's degree (degree in HR a plus) required
  • Previous WorkDay experience a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
