Overview
Enterprise at the FLL Airport currently has an opening for a Fleet Logistics Coordinator! This position will be responsible for assisting the Vehicle Acquisition Department with the vehicle license plate /registration process for new and used vehicles purchased. The person will be responsible for managing the inventory of all license plates (including the installation of tags and placement of vehicles) in the assigned active rental fleet along with registering vehicles in the state system. This is a great opportunity for a current administrative support employee looking to learn more about the Fleet process. The ideal candidate must have a strong detail orientation, be highly organized and self-motivated! This position will report to our Fort Lauderdale International Airport this position pays $19.50 / hour and offers a competitive benefits package including medical, prescription, paid time off and more.
Responsibilities
Receive pre-registered tags and scan them into an Excel inventory database.
Upload/Enter tag information for incoming new cars.
Organize license plate inventory by sorting/filing license plates into a secured filing system.
Separate license plates by make and model.
Scanning out of license plate inventory before releasing them to logistics employees.
Use data from License Plate Inventory and Incoming Vehicle Report to assure plates are in inventory before vehicles arrive.
Register local purchases in the state system prior to them getting sent to Rental Operations.
Support the outside logistics team by pulling pre-registered license plates upon request for new vehicles that are being delivered daily.
Reconcile license plate inventory with reporting from Shared Services.
Work units sitting idle with expired or out of state license plates that need to be updated/resolved and released back to rental fleet.
Assist with working missing license plate reporting from Shared Services.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
- Must be willing to work at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and neighboring locations
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week
- Must be able to lift 35-40 pounds and willing to work outdoors
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
