Overview
The Taylor Family Office (TFO) seeks an Executive Office Manager to join our team. The Taylor Family Office supports the Taylor/Kindle Family, owners of Enterprise Mobility. The Executive Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Taylor Family Office while also providing concierge services and assistance to family members. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks, both professional and personal. Responsibilities
- Office Management - Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth functionality by managing tasks like scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, handling visitor reception, and assisting in coordinating staff support when needed.
- Travel Management - Plan trips for family members including transportation, lodging, activities, and dining.
- Concierge Services - Providing support to the needs of the family and office including special event planning.
- Human Resources - Assist in employee lifecycle management from hiring to termination, including running background checks, onboarding, and tracking employee progression.
- Risk Management - Assist the office in their overall risk management program specifically regarding organizing and tracking existing and new insurance coverages.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Family office experience
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite professionals
