ABOUT THE ROLE

The Enterprise Architect role will work closely with Platform Engineering Leadership, Product and Business Development to guide our technology footprint supporting the Entegral Technology Platform and the Omni Product Framework. Your technical knowledge of our Google environment, including containerized development infrastructure, legacy footprint and consolidation goals is a must for this role. Additionally, having a deep understanding of the software product development process and a demonstrable track record in delivering software products in a timely manner is required. You must be able to maintain effective relationships with all levels of company management, as well as with internal and external customers. You will also be required to establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes and procedures.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York.

Pay Range: [$175,900 - $239,000]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Emphasis will be placed on strategic visioning such as overall design, introducing new technologies, improved metrics, and process improvements in pipeline management and supported framework development and common shared services that are used by Entgeral Products.
  • Developing platform level architecture and being accountable for driving adoption within Entegral by executing on the strategy. Must possess the leadership qualities necessary to drive change and adoption of the strategy.
  • Work with our Technical Program Managers to define the technical strategy for our data driven products and applications.
  • Develop Architectures for highly scalable and fault-tolerant cloud based products, such as Kubernetes, various database technologies, etc. with the expressed purpose of building out SaaS products that are delivered via the Entegral Technology Platform.
  • Work with Security Engineering and Governance on developing actionable policies and effective controls that guide our development, tracing and metrics within our Entegral Technology Platform.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors on the overall strategy
  • Work with solution architects to develop architecture for agile teams including guidance on development tools, target platforms, operations, and security.
  • Lead technology retirement, supportability and adoption teams that focus on growth and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be located in AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, PA, TX, VA, WA or WI
  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required
  • 11+ years of relevant experience in Technology
  • 5+ years of experience setting design patterns for application integration, enabling observability platforms and SLA tracking and developing operational best practices for solutions
  • 5+ years planning, estimating and sizing cloud-based data opportunities, in a global delivery model (GCP, Azure or AWS)
  • 3+ years of experience in working with various go-to-market channels, supporting sales and driving business
  • Experience in technical vendor engagement for DevOps practices
  • Demonstrated ability and examples of keeping current on technology trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience leveraging your influence to drive results at a team and product level
  • Examples of promoting innovative changes at a team or department level
  • Experience leading initiatives or teams from a technical perspective
  • Must be minimum 18 years of age

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field of study. Or equivalent technical experience in a professional environment
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification (or comparable experience)
  • Experience with private and public cloud architectures
  • Experience in cloud native computing (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in Azure cloud computing (PaaS and IaaS)
  • Experience in SQL or NoSQL DB structures (SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo)
