Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Client Support Coordinator!

The Client Support Coordinator for the Leaseback team, develops and maintains strong relationships with EFM groups, Clients, License and Title Administrators, and third-party lending companies to support the execution of leaseback acquisition and related transactions. The coordinator also provides customer service for Vehicle Acquisition and License and Title services as requested.

This position offers a starting salary of $47,400 per year.This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrative contact for leaseback-related services for Group personnel and clients; Research and respond to questions or issues, via email and phone, from Group personnel, clients and lienholders
  • Support the leaseback initiation to title completion process, coordinate the collection required titles and agreements, assist in license and titling needs through sale, and support various vehicle needs that occur throughout the lease creation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Groups, License and Title, and lending companies to execute all leaseback options, including client communication, document collection, sale processing, and titling; while providing proactive and timely status updates with clients
  • Manage several separate client leasebacks simultaneously while providing excellent client service and follow up to clients and Group personnel
  • Problem solve and provide resolution to potential quote creation and titling issues as applicable

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area
  • Two or more years strong client or vendor support experience and proven ability to multi-task and interact with multiple clients, teams or groups
  • One to two years successful experience in client communication
  • Two or more years successful experience analyzing data, troubleshooting and identifying issues
  • Two or more years of logistics, sales or vendor support experience
  • Basic skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)
