Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, the Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Creative Design Specialist!

The Creative Design Specialist will be responsible for execution of creative design in support of marketing and communications initiatives. This role will work closely with internal teams to develop digital and physical assets that deliver clear, cohesive, and impactful messaging. The Design Specialist will work across a variety of media types and objectives, including presentations, corporate materials, and additional design projects as needed. This Specialist will work with multiple brands and line of business and is responsible to ensure design and layouts align with brand standards.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Execute communication-focused designs for a variety of corporate materials applying knowledge of company, including digital presentations, internal communications, and reports, including both print and digital assets
  • Adhere to internal processes and timelines for each project
  • Research and gather necessary materials or insights to create designs that align with communication objectives and brand standards
  • Proof work to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  • Manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide easy access to all art, photos, and graphics by maintaining a consistent, logical, and organized filing system on artwork server
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to deadlines and track projects by following procedures for assignment of job numbers and schedules and reporting on status of assigned projects
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with key internal clients, including corporate communications stakeholders
  • Stay on top of industry best practices/new mediums of design and apply them to projects managed by the team, incorporating best practices into communication strategies
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Art, Design, Communication, or other applicable field preferred)
  • Three (3+) years or more of demonstrated design experience
  • Experience in Mac OSX, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
