As a Client Support Summer Intern, you will be exposed to real life work experience along with administrative functions on our Transport, Billing Solutions or Client Solutions teams within our Business Administration department.
This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center at 2281 Ball Dr. in Maryland Heights, MO. This is a hybrid position (minimum of 1-2 days a week in-office) with a schedule of Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) from May/June - August 2025 with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams; Prioritize, research and responds to questions, via email and phone,from EFM sales groups, vendors and clients; Collaborate with other departments to provide an excellent client experience
- Assist with organizing and adjustment of information and client documentation
- Process billing for EFM lease clients and provide billing support on behalf of EFM sales groups, including handling and resolving issues to ensure timely payment
- Monitor, prioritize and respond to billing requests and inquiries received via phone and email from external customers, executives, EFM sales groups and internal staff
- Monitor and analyze the stages of the vehicle pick and delivery; taking proactive measures to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our clients
- Identify and resolve vehicle shipping delays, canceled orders, damaged vehicles and mis-shipped vehicles
- Assist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports for the department

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Currently a Junior or above, enrolled full-time in a college or university for the Fall 2025 semester
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related Business field
- Must live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO county for Summer 2025
- 3 months admin/clerical/office experience
- 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft Office
- Available Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), May - August 2025
- Ability to accept $16.00 per hour
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home Requirements:
- Must live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO county for Summer 2025
- Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet
- Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit
Work from Home Technical Requirements:
- Computer running a mainstream supported version of Windows or MacOS (currently Windows 7+ or MacOS 12+)
- Minimum of 4GB RAM (the cloud based system will use a minimum of 1G RAM)
- High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload and download speed of 3Mb or greater (please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)
- Working web camera
- Workstations should connect directly to the ISP router using an Ethernet cable (wireless connections are allowed but be aware of signal strength, interference, and other factors)
- Apple or Android smartphone is needed to download the Authenticator app (must be running a current mainstream supported operating system and Internet browser version)
- Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Anti-virus software must be installed and kept running at all times (included w/ Windows 10)
- Operating system patches must be installed and kept up to date
