About This Opportunity
Enterprise Mobility is currently seeking candidates to join our summer Corporate Accounting internship program. Our internship program is designed to provide a meaningful work experience that will help build a greater understanding of accounting in a corporate environment. During this internship, you will experience a rotational experience that would give you the opportunity work with a variety of Corporate Accounting teams such as External Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Vehicle Accounting, Forecast and Income Tax.

Enterprise Mobility's full-time Internship program runs for 12 weeks and is held May 19th - August 8th, 2025. This exciting opportunity will be located at our Corporate Campus in Clayton, MO, and will report directly to an Accounting Supervisor. This internship offers a Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) schedule on a hybrid schedule (in office days will vary based on the team within Corporate Accounting).

Responsibilities
What will you do?
Rotational-based internship in Corporate Accounting, getting experience in the following areas: External Reporting, Income Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, Forecast, Vehicle Accounting and more!
Your experiences will include, but are not limited to:
- Domestic and international competitor and OEM intelligence efforts (including preparing reporting, analysis and presentations
- Global depreciation rate reasonableness analyses
- Internal quarterly reporting
- Preparation for fiscal year-end procedures (rolling forward schedules, international statutory statements and journal entries)
- Assist with the preparation of employee benefit plan statements for U.S. and Puerto Rico
- Assist with Lease testing/ monitoring procedures
- Assist with various internal accounting schedules (tax and license; vehicle cost adjustments)
- Coordinate supplier set up and onboarding in applicable payment and/or supply chain management systems for all groups

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a resident of Greater St. Louis, Missouri for Summer 2025 or be attending a St. Louis based University
- Must be a rising Senior, enrolled full time for the upcoming semester, and set to graduate between December 2025 - June 2026
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
