Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time temp Accounting Clerk opening at its Administrative office in Metairie, LA. This temporary position will be up to 90 working days with the potential of becoming a regular employee.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
This individual will provide clerical support for our business management team including tasks such as accounts payable processing, accounts receivable, filing, mail distribution, data entry, copy tasks and basic business correspondence.
The Accounting Clerk role will also perform a narrow range of routine assignments and immediate activities (daily/weekly/monthly). We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Good communication skills
- Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Skill in the use of personal computers, spreadsheets (Excel), database management and related software applications
The temp schedule (up to 90 days) is Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm (hours subject to change). The starting rate of pay is $18 hour.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of title process for remarketing with emphasis on timely processing and resolutions for any issues
- Monitor, analyze and accounting documents including researching short/overpaid balances.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies in relation to titling.
- Completion of various reports
- Assistance with Business Management clerical duties
- Completion of account schedules

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year' related clerical/administrative experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel Program (Highly Advanced Preferred)
- Previous Accounting, Billing, A/R, A/P, or other clerical experience a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
