What you will do

- You will learn and use the ITIL processes application in a global service provider company.

- English (spoken and written) minimum B2 level - essential
- Graduated or working towards a bachelor or master degree
- You have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- You have practical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Nice to have - basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar platform, or the willingness to learn it.
- You are available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during the summer.
