  • Lead the vendor management process for complex vendor-related initiatives, overseeing contract negotiations, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment between needs and vendor services
  • Develop and implement vendor management strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of vendor data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information.
  • Review and validate vendor documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Analyze vendor capabilities and develop competitive vendor management proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor activities and outcomes.
  • Participate in vendor strategy meetings and provide input.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
