This role requires monitoring system security policies, handling violations/incidents, and performing regular audit reviews. The candidate will also liaise with business and technical support areas, provide customer support through reports and presentations, and ensure adherence to security standards. Availability for 24/7 support is essential.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Mainframe Security packages RACF.
- College degree preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent TSO, JCL, IBM UTILITIES, JES2, and ISPF a must
- Experience using security products is desired
- General Knowledge:
- Some MVS experience is a plus
- PC Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and iSeries security knowledge a plus
- Technical knowledge across multiple Mainframe teams
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) to a level of creating documents which can be shared with clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service skills at management level
- Experience establishing and documenting processes and procedures
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Understand a large-scale 24×7 production environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with knowledge of problem analysis
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams as well as provide guidance to junior team members.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $80,000 to $148,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
