- Certifications for any of the cloud services like AWS, GCP or Azure
- 3+ coding in python

- Solution Design - Work with internal customers to shape data and analytics solutions, explore possibilities, and design solutions.
- Data Design - Design data models and ETL approaches for the solutions.
- Reporting Design - Work with the reporting team to ensure final products (reports, dashboards, apps, etc) meet business needs and make appropriate use of the data solutions.
- Development - Ability to POC data solutions, deliver some of the more challenging components, and support the rest of the team on their efforts.
- Platform Architecture - Work with tool administrators to keep the tools working and optimized.
